Royal Rangers

Mission Statement: To Reach, Teach and Keep Boys for Jesus Christ.

Vision Statement: Evangelism and Discipleship.

Goal:  To draw more boys into the program each year so as to impart the following.
Evangelism - Share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Discipleship - Teach the boys to grow as followers of Jesus, and provide an opportunity for each boy to be actively involved leadership.
Missions - Emphasize the importance of missions.
Ministry - Promote the ministry of the church by speaking with others and providing tithes and offerings.

Age Specific Programs
Ranger Kids - It is an introductory program designed to help the boys grow socially, physically, mentally and spiritually through age appropriate games, crafts and Bible studies.

Discovery Rangers - Introduces a wider range of activities, such as the camping program. The advancement trail is merit driven. It includes subjects like fire craft, lashing, art, compass, cooking and Bible lessons.

Adventure Rangers - It encourages life application of the Word of God. Boys will face challenges in their Christian walk; so this program will help them be consistent. It is a more challenging physical and merit driven program. This includes backpacking, hiking, water skiing and scripture memorization.

Expedition Rangers - It challenges young men to achieve, learn and grow into men of God. They will do this through the advancement trail that explores aviation, leadership skills, safe recreational boating, extreme sports and Christian service.

“How do I benefit/ grow by being involved?"
The boys will grow by being involved. They will learn new skills, memorize Bible verses, be able to interact with others in society and take a leadership role in leading others to Jesus Christ.

How to Join:
 a.  Show up on Wednesday at 7:00PM, or call the Church office at 214-341-0700.
 b.  Have your parents sign a Medical Release Wavier. This must be notarized.
 c.  Pay $12.00 annual dues.
 d.  Purchase the necessary books and uniforms.
