This Statement of Core Values of First Assembly of God declares the basis of our ministry. From these values, our policies, programs, and procedures are developed and implemented.

Jesus Christ is the only true way to know God.
Christ, through His virgin birth, sinless life, redeeming death, powerful resurrection and glorious ascension, is the only way for people to have friendship with God.

Confidence and determination come from knowing God.
The knowledge and obedience of God's Word and the seeking for His direction and purposes result in a changed and fulfilled life of knowing God intimately.

Passionate and effective Christian living emerge from the filling of our lives with the Holy Spirit. While every Christian has encountered the Holy Spirit, we actively seek a greater empowering for witnessing through an experience of being baptized in the Holy Spirit.

We are responsible for our decisions and actions.
Integrity, accountability, and honesty are verifiable by our actions, not only by our intentions.

Authentic love and true compassion are best exhibited as we share good news to those in need. From the basics of human need to the greatest of spiritual need, we are committed to share what we have with others.
